“Client”, “You”, “Your” – Any individual or entity using our services or website.
“Services” – All solutions we provide, including but not limited to website development, branding, consultation, SEO, marketing, hosting, and training.

2. Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights or restrict the use of others. You must not misuse the website, hack, or introduce malicious content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our site if we detect any misuse or breach.

3. Service Engagement & Process

Once you engage with us for any service:

A project proposal, scope, and timeline will be shared and mutually agreed upon.
A quotation or invoice will be issued, and work will begin upon receiving the initial agreed payment.
Clients are responsible for providing timely feedback and necessary materials (e.g., content, images, approvals).
Any delays in communication from the client’s side may affect delivery timelines.

4. Payment Terms

All prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham), excluding VAT (if applicable).
A minimum 50% advance payment is required to initiate any service.
Remaining balance is due upon completion of the service, before project handover or website launch.
For subscription or ongoing services (like hosting, SEO, or maintenance), timely monthly or annual payments are expected.
Late payments may incur service delays or penalties.

5. Revisions and Modifications

Up to 2 rounds of revisions are included with standard projects. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
Requests that fall outside the originally agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.

6. Intellectual Property

All work created by Neyatek Solutions remains our property until full payment is made.
Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables (website, designs, content, etc.) is transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to showcase the completed work in our portfolio unless specifically requested otherwise.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information.
Respond to emails, feedback requests, and approvals in a reasonable time frame.
Secure necessary licenses or permissions for third-party content (e.g., logos, videos, brand assets).
Adhere to the usage policies of services like hosting, email platforms, or third-party tools we may use on your behalf.

8. Third-Party Services

We may integrate or recommend third-party services (such as hosting, plugins, analytics, or payment gateways). We are not liable for issues arising from their performance, availability, or policy changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for quality and professionalism:

We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., search engine rankings, traffic, sales) unless explicitly mentioned in writing.
Delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (like internet outages, client delays, third-party services) will not be our responsibility.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the project with prior notice:

If terminated by the client mid-project, any work done till that point must be paid for.
If terminated by us due to misuse, non-payment, or breach of terms, the client forfeits rights to refunds or unfinished work.

11. Privacy Policy

12. Changes to These Terms
