Pre-requisites for Website & Digital Marketing Projects
What You Need to Provide us Before We Start
At Neyatek Solutions, we believe that a successful project starts with clear communication and mutual understanding. To kickstart your website or digital marketing journey with us efficiently, we request our clients to provide the following essential information and materials.
Whether you’re launching a new business or revamping an existing one, these pre-requisites will help us serve you faster and better.
1. Basic Company Information
Please share:
- Business name (in English and Arabic, if applicable)
- Tagline or slogan (if available)
- Company overview / introduction
- Services or products offered
- Location(s) and operational area
- Contact information: phone, email, WhatsApp, location, etc.
2. Logo & Branding Assets
We need:
- High-resolution logo (preferably in PNG, SVG, or AI format)
- Brand color codes and fonts (if applicable)
- Brand guidelines, if available
If you don’t have these ready, our design team can assist you with branding as an additional service.
 3. Content for the Website or Ads
Content is crucial for both websites and digital campaigns. Please provide:
- Text content for each page (Home, About Us, Services, Contact, etc.)
- Product or service descriptions
- Testimonials or client reviews
- Team bios and photos (optional but useful)
- Business registration or license copy (for credibility and listing purposes)
If you are not confident with the content, we offer copywriting and content planning as part of our packages.
4. Images & Media
Please share:
- High-quality images of your products, services, team, or workplace
- Videos (if any) that showcase your business or services
- Social media handles and preferred images for banners
We can also use premium stock images if required.
5. Domain & Hosting Details
If you already have:
- Access to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, etc.)
- Hosting credentials (if any)
- If not, we can guide you on purchasing or handle it for you.
 6. Email Setup Preferences
We provide up to 3 free business email IDs with your domain. Please provide:
- Preferred email IDs (e.g., info@yourcompany.com, sales@yourcompany.com)
- Names and departments to assign emails to
- Any existing email forwarding needs
7. Social Media Account Access (for Digital Marketing)
To begin digital marketing, we need access or permissions to:
- Facebook Business Page
- Instagram Account
- Google Business Profile
- LinkedIn, Twitter, or others (if applicable)
- Any ad accounts (Meta Ads, Google Ads)
8. Google Account or Gmail Access
For integrating key tools:
- Google Analytics
- Google Search Console
- Google Business Profile
- Google Tag Manager (if advanced tracking is required)
9. Marketing Goals & Preferences
To shape your campaign strategy, kindly tell us:
- Target audience (location, gender, age, interests)
- Your business goals (leads, sales, branding, traffic)
- Competitor websites or social accounts (if any)
- Services or products you want to highlight first
- Ad budget (if opting for paid ads)
10. Any Existing Materials or Links
If available, please share:
- Previous website or landing pages
- Company profile PDFs or brochures
- Previous marketing creatives
- Testimonials, certificates, affiliations
